Our chefs handle the planning, shopping, cooking, and cleanup so you can enjoy nutritious food without spending hours in the kitchen. Every dish is crafted with organic ingredients from sustainable farms and ranches, bringing restaurant-quality meals to your home. Here’s how our in-home meal prep service works:
- 1. Choose the Number of Meals You Want Start by selecting how many meals you want prepared each week. Most clients request between three and five, though you can increase or decrease based on your schedule. Our service is designed to be flexible so you can adjust your plan at any time.
- 2. We Design the Perfect Menu Just for You Your chef ensures your menu changes every week to fit your dietary needs, food preferences, and lifestyle goals. We cook a wide variety of cuisines and use ingredients that support healthy eating. The goal is to give you meals that taste amazing and help you feel great.
- 3. Grocery Shopping at Local Las Vegas Markets Before arriving at your home, your chef will pick up the fresh ingredients for your meal. We prioritize organic, wild-caught, local, and sustainable farms whenever possible. Everything brought into your kitchen is hand-selected for quality and flavor.
- 4. Cooking Fresh Meals in Your Kitchen When your chef arrives, they unload ingredients and begin preparing your meals for the week. This cooking session usually takes three to six hours, depending on the size of your plan. You are welcome to stay, work, relax, chat with your chef, or head out while the food is being prepared.
- 5. Packaging and Organizing Your Meals Once everything is cooked, your chef portions each dish into individual containers and clearly labels them so meals are easy to find. Your fridge is neatly organized, and you receive a printed menu with reheating instructions.
- 6. Full Cleanup Before We Leave Your kitchen is returned to a spotless state. Dishes are washed and put away, counters and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized, and any leftover ingredients are stored properly. When your chef leaves, your kitchen looks better than when they arrived, and your meals are ready for the week.

Availability varies based on the season and the type of service you need. Weekly meal prep clients can usually start within a week or two, while private dinners and events fill quickly during busy periods. Reaching out early helps us match you with the best chef for your schedule.
Our chefs work primarily with the cookware in your house, so the meals you receive can be recreated safely in your own kitchen. If your menu requires specialty tools, we bring those with us. We can also recommend upgrades if you want to enhance your kitchen setup.
Yes. Las Vegas households often have shifting schedules, so we try to remain flexible. If ingredients are available, we can adjust portions, add extra meals, or prepare food for unexpected guests. For larger changes, we give you clear guidance on what is possible that day.
You are welcome to be home, but it is not required. Many clients continue with their daily routine while meals are prepared. As long as we have access to the kitchen and any needed instructions, we can handle everything without disrupting your day.
