1. Decide on a Meal Plan

Decide how many meals you want per week. Most customers choose 3-5 meals per week, but we can accommodate any requests you have. Our meal preparation service is flexible so you can change your plan each week depending on your schedule. You can also start and stop service at any time.

2. Menu Design & Planning

We design a different menu each week based on your preferences and dietary restrictions. All of our meals are healthy, nutritious, and made using the highest quality ingredients. We know exactly where to look and how to select the freshest and most wholesome components for each meal. Our San Diego personal chefs are trained to cook virtually any cuisine you can think of.

3. We Buy Groceries & Ingredients

On the way to your home, your personal chef will stop at local markets and grocery stores to shop for ingredients. We choose organic, non-GMO, wild-caught, locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients for every meal. This ensures every home-cooked meal is of the highest quality.

4. Personal Chef Prepares Meals for the Week

Your personal chef brings the groceries straight to your kitchen and gets to work. This is where the magic happens. Your chef cooks the entire week’s worth of meals in one shot. This process typically takes 3-6 hours, depending on how many days and how many people they are cooking for. While you don’t need to be home for the cooking, you are more than welcome to join and converse with your chef as they work.

5. Package & Label Meals in Your Fridge

After the meals are made, your chef meticulously packages each meal into a separate container. Each meal is labeled so it’s easy to find. Your meals are organized neatly into your fridge for easy access throughout the week. We leave behind a printed menu with reheating instructions for your convenience.

6. We Clean Up

This is the part our clients love. Your chef will put away all the leftover ingredients and pantry items. All dishes and equipment are washed, dried, and put away. Counters are wiped down and floors left spotless. All working surfaces are sanitized and ready for you to use. By the time we leave, your kitchen is sparkling clean and ready for you to enjoy the next meal.
