Our process is built to be completely hands-off for you. From the first conversation to the final cleanup, every step is tailored to your household.

    We start by determining how many meals you want prepared and how they fit into your week. Some clients want dinners only, others request lunches and family-style portions. Most households request three to five meals per week, but your plan is flexible and can evolve as your schedule changes.

    Each week, your personal chef designs a perfect menu around your dietary needs, flavor preferences, and goals. Whether you follow a performance-focused plan, a medical diet, or simply want clean and satisfying meals, menu planning starts fresh every week. No repeated menus unless you ask for them.
  • 3. Thoughtful Ingredient Sourcing
    Before arriving at your home, your chef carefully selects ingredients from trusted local suppliers and markets. We prioritize organic produce, responsibly raised proteins, and wild-caught seafood. Every ingredient is chosen for quality and freshness, with the Bay Area’s exceptional local food community informing our sourcing whenever possible.
  • 4. Cooking Fresh Meals in Your Own Kitchen
    On your scheduled cook day, your chef arrives with everything and spends several hours creating your meals. You are welcome to be at home, head out, or work in another room. When you return, you enjoy delicious, freshly prepared meals without lifting a finger.
  • 5. Portioning, Labeling, and Organization
    Each dish is portioned into individual containers, clearly labeled, and organized in your refrigerator. You receive a menu with simple reheating instructions so every meal is easy to enjoy at its best.
  • 6. Complete Kitchen Cleanup
    Before leaving, your chef washes all cookware and dishes, sanitizes surfaces, and returns your kitchen to a spotless condition. Ingredients are stored properly, and everything is put back where it belongs. When we leave, your kitchen looks better than when we arrived.

Absolutely! Our Choose Your Own plan lets you pick any combination of meals from our weekly rotating menu.
Our menu rotates weekly. New meals are posted every Wednesday for the following week's deliveries.
We build each week's meals to stay fresh from the day of cooking until your next session. Dishes with seafood or raw chopped vegetables are best enjoyed within the first few days, while heartier items like soups, curries, or pasta can stay fresh for seven to 10 days. Most meals fall somewhere in between and are best eaten within five to seven days. Your chef will guide you through which items to enjoy first based on the weekly menu.
We label all common allergens on every meal. Use our meal picker to filter by dietary tags like Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, and more.
Menus will be published online here: This Week’s Menu. We also send you a link to the menu each week via email and/or text message depending on your preferences.
Every Wednesday we send out the new menu, via email and/or text message depending on your preferences. Log in and make your selections, or you can let our chef choose for you based on your previous order history.
The Choose Your Own plan lets you select from our rotating weekly menu, giving you the flexibility to choose options that best suit your needs, but individual dish adjustments aren't available.If you're looking for completely custom meal plans, check out our in-home meal prep service. With that service, one chef works directly with one household and can tailor meals as much as needed.
We prioritize non-inflammatory seed oils in all our meals. We primarily use olive and avocado oils and avoid soy, canola, vegetable, and rapeseed oils to ensure a healthier dining experience.
New menus are posted on Wednesday, 11 days out from the Sunday delivery date. You have until the following Wednesday (7 days) to make choices.
We use at least 80% organic ingredients in every meal. We source locally whenever possible and prioritize seasonal produce for the freshest flavors and highest nutritional value.
While we cannot fully customize our delivery service to meet all dietary restrictions, our tagging system makes it easy to pick gluten-free meals. Simply look for the GF tag on the menu.
