Cancellation & Subscription Policy
We understand that plans change, and we aim to offer flexibility while maintaining a consistent production and delivery schedule.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription up to 7 days before your scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery are non-refundable
- If you are unable to receive your order, we’re happy to donate your meals on your behalf
Order Deadlines & Changes
- New orders must be placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM for Sunday delivery
- Changes to existing orders must be made at least 7 days before the Monday billing date
Delivery Bags & Ice Packs
To support sustainability and reduce waste, we reuse our delivery materials.
- Please leave your delivery bag and ice packs outside your door before your next delivery
- Missing items will incur a $10 fee:
- $5 per delivery bag
- $5 per ice pack
- You’ll receive a reminder text on delivery day
Refunds for returned items: If you are charged for missing items but return them the following week, we will issue a refund once they are received.
