Chef Jordan Quinn's Bio

Chef Jordan Quinn loves bringing people together over food that is both comforting and thoughtfully prepared. With a background in both pastry and savory cooking, she brings a rare balance of technical precision and creative flexibility to every meal she creates. Her diverse skill set allows her to design menus that are deeply personalized, tailored to each household’s tastes, dietary needs, and daily rhythms.

Her professional journey began with the success of a home-based cottage bakery, where she refined her baking craft and developed a strong foundation in technique. In 2018, she transitioned into the professional kitchen as a cake decorator and baker, quickly earning recognition for her skill and attention to detail. Her talent and leadership led to her promotion as Lead Pastry Chef at Marination, where she proudly led the pastry program through the final chapter of Super Six, the company’s fine-dining venture.

Seeking to expand her culinary range, Chef Jordan moved into savory cooking as a Sous Chef at University House Issaquah, a premier retirement community. There, she became a passionate advocate for thoughtful food service, focusing on staff education and training around residents’ dietary needs, preferences, and quality of life. This experience further shaped her client-centered approach, reinforcing her belief that food should be nourishing, inclusive, and deeply respectful of the people it serves.

At the heart of Chef Jordan’s work is a simple philosophy: food should be made with care, curiosity, and intention, bringing people together in ways that feel both meaningful and memorable.

Fun Fact

Outside the kitchen, Chef Jordan’s creativity shines just as brightly. She, her husband Evan, and their daughter Liriel proudly embrace their shared love of fandom and storytelling, which can be found woven throughout their home. From framed posters of Tamriel’s national parks to hidden hobbit holes and a playful nod to Calcifer tucked into an unused fireplace. Chef Jordan especially treasures time spent cooking with Liriel, creating anime-inspired dishes and adorable bento boxes that make everyday meals feel joyful and imaginative.
