Chef Casey Truong grew up in Seattle surrounded by the hustle of her mom’s restaurant, where she learned the rhythm of the kitchen early—prepping ingredients, waiting tables, and soaking in the heart of hospitality. These early experiences laid the foundation for a deep connection to food and the people it brings together.

While attending the University of Washington, she stayed closely involved in the family business, developing a deep appreciation for soulful, made-from-scratch cooking and the traditions that shaped it. Though food was always in her roots, Chef Casey pursued a successful 16-year career as a Marketing Director, where she sharpened her eye for branding, business strategy, and customer experience—skills that would later become invaluable in her culinary journey.

That unique blend of culinary passion and business savvy led Chef Casey to open and operate her own restaurant for seven years. There, she brought her creative vision to life, blending comforting flavors with modern sensibility and building a loyal community around thoughtful, approachable food.

Now back in Seattle, Chef Casey continues her journey as a private chef—offering personalized, chef-crafted meals that reflect her cultural heritage, global inspirations, and a lifelong love for sharing food from the heart. Whether serving a cozy dinner at home or a special event, her mission remains the same: to nourish, connect, and celebrate through food.
