Not at all. Many clients are at work, running errands, or training while their meals are prepared. You're always welcome to stay and chat with your chef, but it's completely optional.
Yes. Our chefs are skilled in French, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisines, and we also respect cultural dietary practices, including kosher and halal.
We regularly create menus for clients with various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sugar, nut-free, pescetarian, paleo, keto, low-sodium, Mediterranean, low-FODMAP, carnivore, raw food, and multi-course tasting menus. Each customized menu is built to fit your health goals, lifestyle, or allergy requirements.
Meal prep sessions usually take three to six hours, depending on the number of meals and servings. This time also accounts for menu planning and ingredient shopping. For larger requests, the session may extend into the evening and finish later at night.
Meals are designed to last from the day they're prepared until your next session. Seafood dishes and raw vegetables are best enjoyed within the first few days, while soups, curries, and pasta often last seven to ten days. Most meals fall in the five to seven-day range, and your chef will let you know which items to enjoy first.
