Ingredients
For the Dough

Corn Flour
Maseca

For the Salsa Verde

Tomatillos

Instructions
Masa Dough
Mix corn flour, water, salt and baking powder for 2 minutes until form a soft dough. If the dough feels dry, add teaspoons of water one by one.
Divide dough into ½ ounce balls. Cover with a damp cloth to keep dough soft and moist.
Press balls into coin form and deep fry into the lard and canola oil until GB (Golden brown). salted.
Pinch each coin and add cheese, place it into a plate and add the salsa verde.
Salsa Verde
Roast tomatillos, jalapenos and garlic cloves.
Blend and mix in fresh cilantro, lemon juice and salt.
