Chef Milan's Bio
Milan came from humble beginnings. He was born and raised in Kandy, Sri Lanka. He spent most of his time in his mother's kitchen. After collage, Milan went to culinary school and graduated from the Culinary Institute of Sri Lanka in 2009. His first job was working for Sri Lankan Airlines Catering.
Milan excelled in the art of cooking and moved to Dubai, Qatar to work in the passenger cruise line industry. When Milan moved to the USA, He started working as a line cook and Chef De Cuisine in an Asian restaurant. Later specializing in Thai, Chinese, and Asian cuisine as well.
Milan’s hobbies include painting, woodworking, spending time in nature, and cooking. He loves to bring meals to table with a lot of flavors.
