Chef Jessica's Bio
Jessica was raised in Southwest Texas where she began cooking at a young age. Her grandmother's Mexican cooking influenced her love of food. She was inspired by their ability to create an elaborate meal out of a few humble ingredients. Through these experiences cooking became synonymous with love and family.
After Culinary school Jessica became the Executive Chef for a non-profit organization in Denver, Colorado. She also worked in a clinic as a dietary chef where she learned how to cook for individuals with food allergies, dietary restrictions and different dietary lifestyles. Jessica's approach to cooking is comforting flavorful food that is also nourishing to the body.
Jessica moved to the Seattle area in 2018. Her favorite activities are landscape photography, going to the beach, kayaking, hiking and going on road trips with her husband and three children.
