Chef Daniel's Bio

After going to college for linguistics, Daniel realized that his true passion has always been food and cooking.  He started over a decade ago in prep, and quickly worked his way through the ranks.  He worked as sous chef for a number of Seattle restaurants before deciding to explore the catering/private chef world.  Daniel was a dietary chef for a company where he focused on creating menus for multiple people with allergies, aversions, and dietary restrictions.  He loved incorporating fresh, organic, and local ingredients into cuisines inspired by as many different food cultures as possible!  When not cooking, Daniel enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking with my fiancé and their 2 dogs.

Fun Fact:

Daniel has a bit of an obsession with houseplants, and is the proud dad of over 75 different indoor plants!
